Affiliate Program Terms

1. Acceptance
By signing up for the Vidlens Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms. We may update them anytime; we'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
- Must be 18+ and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Must have a website, YouTube channel, or other audience channel where you can place links.
- Vidlens reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
- Approval typically takes up to 24 hours after sign-up.
3. Commission rates and tiers
Commission is paid on net revenue (post-refund, post-VAT) from referred customers. Tiers auto-upgrade based on cumulative approved sales:
- Starter: 35.00% — 0 to 9 sales
- Growth: 40% — 10+ sales
- Elite: 45% — 50+ sales
- Platinum: 50.00% — 200+ sales
4. Tracking and attribution
- Cookie duration: 180 days from first click (first-touch attribution).
- Recurring commissions: paid for 12 months from first conversion.
- If a customer clears cookies before purchase, the referral may not register. We use cookie-based attribution; no fingerprinting.
- Self-referrals (signing up with the same email or close family member's email) are blocked and may result in account termination.
5. Payouts
- Commissions enter a 7-day cooling period after payment (chargeback protection). Approved commissions are eligible for payout.
- Minimum payout: $50 USDT TRC20.
- Payouts processed within 3 business days of request. Network fees are paid by Vidlens.
- Refunded subscriptions reverse their commission. If a refund occurs after payout, future commissions absorb the reversal.
- You're responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction.
6. Promotional rules
Allowed:
- YouTube videos, blog posts, newsletters, social media, Discord, podcasts
- Paid ads on Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, display networks
- Email marketing to people who opted in to your list
- Honest comparison posts with competitors
Prohibited:
- Bidding on "vidlens" or "vidlens.app" brand keywords in search ads
- Spam, unsolicited email, comment spam, fake reviews
- Coupon/cashback sites that incentivize purchases the user didn't intend
- Misleading claims (e.g., "guaranteed YouTube growth")
- Using the Vidlens brand in your domain or business name
- Buying traffic of low quality (clickfarms, bot networks)
7. Termination
Either party may end this agreement anytime. Pending commissions (those past cooling period) are paid if they meet the minimum threshold. We may immediately terminate accounts engaging in fraud, brand-bidding, or other prohibited activity, with forfeiture of pending commissions.
8. Disclaimers
Vidlens is not liable for your inability to generate sales. We provide tracking infrastructure; results depend on your effort, audience, and content. We reserve the right to change commission rates, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice.
