Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are purchased through our payment providers, which may include cryptocurrency (USDT) and conventional payment methods. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. When you cancel:

  • your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for;
  • you are not charged again;
  • at the end of the period, your account moves to the Free plan;
  • your data is preserved on the Free plan — you do not lose your account by cancelling.

Refunds

The Free plan provides ongoing access to core features so you can evaluate the product before subscribing. After you subscribe:

  • 14-day cooling-off (where required by law): If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal right (such as the EU or the UK), you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Note that by starting to use paid features immediately, you may be acknowledging that the service has begun and your statutory withdrawal right may be limited accordingly — applicable law governs.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
  • Service failure: If the service was substantially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us to discuss a pro-rated credit or refund.
  • Unused time: Outside the cases above, we generally do not refund unused time on a subscription period that you chose to cancel — but you keep access until the period ends.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Where you pay with cryptocurrency (USDT), refunds — if approved — are issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. Due to network fees and exchange-rate movement, the refunded amount reflects the original transaction value and any unavoidable network costs. Vidlens is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address provided by you.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@vidlens.app from the email address on your account, with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Changes to This Policy

KASOFT Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
