References to "Vidlens", "we", "us", or "our" in this document refer to the entity above. By using the Vidlens service, you enter into a contract with this entity.

Service Description

Vidlens is a SaaS platform offering SEO analysis, keyword research, competitor tracking, and video performance monitoring tools for YouTube creators.

Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account.

Plans and Payment

Vidlens offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro $14.99/mo, Max $39.99/mo, Agency $99.99/mo). Paid plans are purchased via:

USDT (TRC20) via NOWPayments — the only payment method currently active

Refund policy: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email info@vidlens.app with your order ID within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not possible (especially for crypto payments due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions).

Renewal: Vidlens does not auto-renew. At the end of each billing period, you choose whether to renew. There is nothing to "cancel."

Fair Use

You may not automate, resell, or technically attempt to exceed your plan limits on our system. Violations may result in account suspension without warning.

YouTube API Services

Vidlens uses YouTube API Services. By using Vidlens, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Data obtained through the YouTube API is used in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We use the data of your YouTube account (connected via the Chrome extension or OAuth) only to show analyses to you. It is not shared with third parties, and YouTube-derived data is never combined with non-YouTube data in any displayed metric without clearly labeling the difference.

In addition to deleting your data from within Vidlens, you can revoke Vidlens' access to your YouTube account at any time via the Google security settings page. For details on how we handle YouTube data, see our Privacy Policy.

Service Continuity

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, hardware failure, or third-party API outages.

Limitation of Liability

Vidlens does not guarantee the accuracy of the data it provides or your success on the YouTube algorithm. Predictions and scores are informational only.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the profile page. Deletion is irreversible; all your data is removed.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for significant changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
